Legacy Housing offers 50 different models and many options and colors. They come as small as 613 square feet with one bedroom up to 2,660 square feet featuring a media room for sports and movie lovers. Complete with quality surround sound found in millon dollar homes.
These are well built homes and can boast they are the only 16 and 18 foot wide homes that the state says no perimeter blocking is needed. We still recommend it however for the ever changing ground. The homes are built with the finest US steel framing, not the corregated or foreign steel used by others. Legacy also owns it's own truss company making their roof frames some of the strongest in the industry as well.
Choose from 4" walls with R-11 insulation or 6" walls with R-19. Up to R-33 in the floors and R-22 in the ceilings. There are many other energy efficient options too. Choose a solar tube for a bathroom or closet.
The interiors are spectacular and feature kitchens and other features that rival the fine site-built homes.
